How to log a fresh service ticket if travelling overseas and need access to WCC Emails
Hi all, this is a reminder that if you are going overseas and wish to access Microsoft 365 services, eg Outlook, Teams, Onedrive, etc, you will need to inform IT.
To make it simple, please go to Staff Portal and fill in your departure and return dates then submit the form. This will automatically set your departure and return date into our system.
or if you encounter any issues while following above procedure then try the below process alternatively
- Log in to Fresh service web portal and navigate to Home à Request New Service à **Staff_Students_Service_Requests** à IT Department General Requests Or click the following link https://waverleychristiancollege.freshservice.com/support/catalog/items/202 to raise travel overseas fresh service ticket
- Select the travel overseas request from the drop down menu as seen from the below snapshot.
- Update the travel duration and submit the ticket.
