Solution to iPad Internet Issues due to recent certificate update on WCC-ClearPass (03\03\2023)
Due to a necessary update last weekend (03\03\2023), some primary students are having issues connecting to WCC network on iPads.
Please do the following
Go to WCC Wi-Fi settings, tap the blue I button, and forget this network.
Tap on WCC to join again, with the student ict username, and password.
Ensure you Trust the certificate that pops up.
Close and Re-open Safari (Slide up halfway from bottom centre) then slide off Safari.
Open safari browser and go to bing.com or google.com.au
Internet should be working now.
